Exhibitors Terms & Conditions 


1. To apply for your stand, follow the booking link to the electronic booking form. Once filled out you will be taken straight through to PayPal to pay Festival of Vintage Limited.

2. A receipt can be printed off at this point for our records as well as keeping your trader ticket as this will be required upon entry during the set-up day and times.

3. If for any reason the Festival of Vintage limited feels that your booking is unsuitable for the event, we will make contact via email within 10 working days and your payment will be refunded

4. During the lead up to the event we will be in contact about promotional activities, and we will ask you to join our Facebook Traders Group and WhatsApp Group to help with communication and relevant updates

5. Final details of set up times etc will be sent two weeks before the event.

6. If you (the stallholder) must cancel your booking, the fee will NOT be refunded.

7. If the whole event needs to be postponed your booking will be moved to the next rearranged date.

8. A booking made by the person or company listed on the booking form cannot be transferred to a different person/company or other Festival of Vintage event for any reason.

At the event

1. The Stall Holder shall have access for setting up the day before (from 1pm-6pm) the event or from 3 hours before the event opens on the day of the event.

2. The total exhibitor space you apply for will be allocated as a floor space, there are no partitions, and you are not guaranteed a wall behind you

3. An electricity point must be requested in advance and any electrical equipment being used must be PAT tested.

4. The organisers will bear no liability whatsoever for safety of persons, stock, money, or possessions while travelling to, from or during the event.

5. Stall Holders are required to take out their own insurance and hold Public Liability Insurance. Booking a space assumes that this is adhered to.

6. The positioning of stall holders at the event is at the absolute discretion of the organisers and we reserve the right to make changes to the layout up until the time the event opens on either day.

7. In the interest of Health and Safety stalls should be manned at all times, whilst the event is open to the public.

8. A stand should not be dismantled until closing time on day two or by express permission of the organiser in special circumstance.

9. As this is a vintage event with a strict dateline 1930-1979, all goods for sale or services promoted must be either vintage (no later than 1980) in the Vintage Traders area or created using vintage articles or produced in a vintage style in the case of the Vintage Inspired areas.
