If children are accompanied by a paying adult, they are allowed entry. Unaccompanied children are not permitted without a paying adult.

Possession of a Festival of Vintage ticket signifies acceptance of the following terms, conditions, and guidelines by the ticket holder, who agrees to adhere to them.
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or returned unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
- Tickets will be sent as e-tickets to your email upon purchase. These e-tickets can be printed or saved on your phone and will be exchanged for event wristbands at the festival. Lost e-tickets will require proof of purchase.
- Customers should check their tickets upon receipt and report any errors immediately.
- We will notify you by email if your order is accepted. This notification is considered effective when we send the email, regardless of whether you receive it.
- No entry to the site before 10 am on April 22, 2017. You must leave the site by 5 pm each day of the festival.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- While we strive to ensure accurate pricing on our website, errors may occur, and additional ticket offers may be introduced leading up to the festival. If there is an error in the ticket price, we will inform you as soon as possible. You can then choose to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel after paying the incorrect price, you will receive a full refund.
- If the Festival of Vintage is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered entry to another or rescheduled Festival of Vintage (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets. If the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled event or if the event is not rescheduled, a refund will be issued. Refunds will cover the face value of the tickets and the relevant booking fee. If only one day of the two-day event is cancelled, a partial refund may be given for the cancelled day(s).
- Discover Vintage LTD reserves the right to refuse admission if, in the promoter’s reasonable opinion, the ticket holder’s entry poses a risk to safety, affects the audience’s enjoyment, or disrupts the festival.
- Ticket and wristband holders consent to photography, filming, and sound recording of the event for promotional purposes, except for children, for whom permission will be requested.
